Open to Public means that applications are accepted from residents of Niagara County or in some cases from one of the three contiguous counties: Erie, Genesee, and Orleans.
Promotional means that applications are accepted only from current employees.
Continuous Recruitment means applications are accepted continuously. Generally there is no written examination. Candidate scores are based on an evaluation of education and experience.
Applications must be completed and submitted by 11:59 pm on the final filing date of the posting.

Continuous Recruitment Exams
Continuous Recruitment eligible list are established for one year from the date your application and grade is approved by the Personnel Officer. These openings may be in the County, Cities, Towns, Villages or School Districts of Niagara County.
